          Created Complete Schedules providing visibility of Engineering, Planning and total drawing count which showed Rollback actual and recovery data from Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering for both the GIV and GV Aircraft using  Microsoft Project.

 

October 1999 – January 2002,  Integrated Scheduler/Business Analyst, Boeing Commercial Airplane Co. – 777 Division and Boeing Helicopter – V-22 Osprey Program.

          Using Primavera P3e and Microsoft Project, Schedule and track engineering releases for the entire main cabin of the 777. Analysis of critical path.

          For the V-22 Osprey, using Open plan to schedule and track Engineering releases for Fuel systems, Environmental control systems and Pay loads.

          Study time analysis and properly spread man hours and Budget.

          Create and track detailed compliance reports to ensure all commitment dates are met.

 

August 1998 – October 1999, Scheduler/Business Analyst, Contract - Northrup Grumman – Joint Stars Program

          Using Microsoft Project Build and maintain complete resource loaded schedules for the electrical systems on the rebuild effort for aging Boeing 707 aircraft. Weekly analysis reportto Mgt. 

          Spread Budget and labor hours across a given time line with related resources. 

          Analyze shop schedule performance comparing actual hours and earned value to cost projections.

          Determine causes of performance variances and determine Critical Path. Coordinate with production control and quality assurance to release orders in proper areas and sequence.
