November 2011 – October 2015. Boeing Contract- Integrated Scheduler. 787, Support System Stress, Airframe and “In Service Reliability” Engineering teams. 767 2C Tanker and -300F Freighter Program, Support Final Join “Paddle Fittings” Implementation.   

•                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Build, maintain and analyze complete resource loaded integrated Schedules to support System Stress Engineering team for the 787-10. Analyze critical path, create weekly metrics, forecasts and communicate issues to team leaders. Calculate weekly Earned value for 3 teams working with finance to provide current week and cumulative schedule performance and variance data.

•                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Build, Maintain and Analyze complete new “Paddle fittings” integrated Schedule in for Boeing 767 Major body joins advanced manufacturing project using Microsoft Project. Identify and report critical path issues and resolve network logic conflicts, develop corrective action plans for performance variances. Track lead time equirements with supplier management within the integrated schedule.

•                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Build and Maintain Complete Schedule for In Service Reliability/Engineering projects for the 787 Aircraft. Resource load tasks including hours. Status weekly to create metrics summary visual such as pivot tables from Excel, stop light charts, 4 square/one pagers & summary graphs.

Periodically handle additional assembly and installation planning for structures and systems supporting Forward, Wing, and Mate & Delivery manufacturing groups.  Specific applications and tools utilized include; Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP), Product Data Management (PDM), Change Management System (CMS), Shop Order Maintenance (SOM), CATIA (V4, V5), and VisNetwork (VAS).  Mainframe applications access directly through secure VPN.

 

October 2003 – December 2007, Integrated Scheduler and Business Analyst – Boeing 787 Commercial Aircraft Program.

•                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Worked with Design Engineering and Alenia Aeronotica on Producability, Fuselage Assembly Schedules for Composite Body Structures.

•                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Build, Maintain and Analyze Schedules for Navigational Payload systems on the GPS II Satellite Program, using Primavera P3e and Microsoft Project. Analysis of critical path and earned Value Management system (EVMS).

 

April 2002 – December 2002,  Scheduler/Manufacturing Engineer, Contract - Gulfstream Aerospace – GIV and GV Business Jets

•          Reviewed Microsoft Project Schedules to create weekly production status charts for the “Rollback” Group which moves current completion Center work back to the production line.

•          Determine and schedule drawing need dates compared to Manufacturing start dates of first in-station aircraft.

•          Created Complete Schedules providing visibility of Engineering, Planning and total drawing count which showed Rollback actual and recovery data from Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering for both the GIV and GV Aircraft using  Microsoft Project.

 

October 1999 – January 2002,  Integrated Scheduler/Business Analyst, Boeing Commercial Airplane Co. – 777 Division and Boeing Helicopter – V-22 Osprey Program.

•          Using Primavera P3e and Microsoft Project, Schedule and track engineering releases for the entire main cabin of the 777. Analysis of critical path.

•          For the V-22 Osprey, using Open plan to schedule and track Engineering releases for Fuel systems, Environmental control systems and Pay loads.

•          Study time analysis and properly spread man hours and Budget.

•          Create and track detailed compliance reports to ensure all commitment dates are met.

 

August 1998 – October 1999, Scheduler/Business Analyst, Contract - Northrup Grumman – Joint Stars Program

•          Using Microsoft Project Build and maintain complete resource loaded schedules for the electrical systems on the rebuild effort for aging Boeing 707 aircraft. Weekly analysis reportto Mgt. 

•          Spread Budget and labor hours across a given time line with related resources. 

•          Analyze shop schedule performance comparing actual hours and earned value to cost projections.

•          Determine causes of performance variances and determine Critical Path. Coordinate with production control and quality assurance to release orders in proper areas and sequence.
